I am so ready to break out my Christmas decorations...but I'm trying to wait until Thanksgiving is over. I "substituted" for a gal in my friend's bunco group earlier this week and the host had all of her FUN Christmas decorations up, holiday music playing, and she was even wearing her Mrs. Santa apron...oh, how I wanted to come home and put up my tree!!
Since I'm not going to decorate my home yet, I thought I'd add a little bit of holiday decor to my blog today - and share one of the projects I made for the December issue of Paper Crafts Magazine. I had lots of fun with transparency paper and glitter glaze, and used some of my making memories foam stamps as "patterns" to create these little reversible ornament tags.
and here's an alternate way of using these ornaments - as gift tags:
Now I'm going to turn on some Christmas music...
(THIS is my current favorite holiday CD,
thanks to my sweet brother who brought it over to me a few weeks ago)
and clean my house while burning some delciously chrismas smelling candles.
mmmmm....
